Basicly, it tells you who you are and what you tend to... Career Tests have many questions which evaluate your life style and pyscology to show best career for you. The thing is some people approch these assesments as a magical tests which will show you an unexpected career. We can find our career paths by asking same kind of questions to ourselves.

Pros and Cons of the Career Tests

The advantage of taking a career test is that you do not have to think questions on your own and the computer evaluate the automatically and nearly %100 correct. The disadvantages are slightly more than advantages;

1. You have to pay for a good career test
2. It can be boring while taking test because many questions repeat again and again
3. The answers in your mind usually are not in the options
4. The inconsistent answers would decrease the accuracy of the test  

What should you do about your career?

You have to ask questions to yourself. Go to a peaceful and quiet place and start to ask questions about you life and you abilities. Your abilities make you unique. Define them. Some example questions;

1. Who I am? What I am doing now?
2. What I want to do future?
3. What are the things that necessarily be in your life? 
4. How should be my work place?
5. Do I love risks?
6. Money or Peace?
7. What are my abilities?
8. What makes me different than others?
9. How should I improve my skills?
10. What can I sacrifice for my career path?

Secondly, Ask questions to your family and friends regarded to yourself. Because sometimes we are not so honest to ourselves... A different point of view can change much more than you think...  Ask them; 

1. Why they like you?
2. What kind of things make you different?
3. How they see you in the future?
